For a handful of servers, disk i/o has been slow since yesterday afternoon. We belive we have found the issue, and we are working to resolve it. This morning, disk performance is improved. We believe that it will be back to normal within a few hours.

A handful of servers are experiencing slow i/o performance. Read and write performance to disk is slower than expected. It appears that one volume is running more slowly than usual. We are working to determine the source of this problem. Please check back for status updates.

We have detected a VM that was sending excessive traffic to the Internet. This was the same VM that caused our downtime on 7/13. We are calling our upstream provider and requesting them to no-route the ip address.
